So last week I didn't exercise or watch what I ate, but this week I am back at it and so far so good. I walked on the treadmill Monday and Tuesday and I'm eating more fruits and veges. I am so grateful to my friend Rachel for her inspiration.

"You don't have to believe what the media tells you: to accept your body how it is. Not true! I used to think my tummy pooch was because all the women in my family have one, too. Guess what?!? No more pooch over here!!!"
I feel like I'm at the beginning of a journey and being fit like Rachel is where I want to end up!
