Daniel and I tried two new foods this week- almond butter and sunflower seed butter. I thought they were both yummy:) In the photo below you can see Daniel photo bombing the condiments.
We have used the almond butter in smoothies, with apples, with yogurt and fruit, and with cottage cheese and some fruit. All of these were delicious! The sunflower seed butter is great with apples and on bread for a faux PBJ sandwich.
