T25

Daniel and I love T25!  It's 25 minutes of a high intensity workout without any breaks.  You are working so hard on the workout that you don't have a chance to watch the clock.  The time goes by so fast!


It is so nice to work really hard for a shorter amount of time and then move on to the rest of your day.  It is easier for me to get up and do it knowing I would only get 25 minutes more sleep if I were to stay in bed.  Shaun T. brings energy and fun to the wee morning hours:)
